Refund and Returns Instructions

Please follow these instructions for any returns:

First send email to support@vaski.nl with your order number and a list of the items you wish to return. We will respond promptly and approve your return. Then you can send the items back to us, just make sure to include a copy of the email or the original invoice and order number in the parcel. This way we will know that the shipment was from you.

Send us immediately the tracking code for your shipment. Use always a parcel service which provides parcel tracking.

Our refund and returns period lasts 30 days from the delivery of your order. During this time you may return your order for a refund. After 30 days returns are not refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and must include all original, unused accessories. Do not place stickers or tapes on the product or packaging.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The postage for the return shipment must be paid in full. We cannot receive parcels that are not fully paid for. You must provide a tracking code for the shipment. Use always a parcel service which provides parcel tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If there are no issues with the return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 work days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. See the instructions for returns and mention in the support email that you’d like to replace your item.
